"Been State Farm customer for years. Our agent retired so decided to go to Ray Johnson. Two years ago when our house was ruined by ice, I didn’t feel the agency was behind me when I was having problems with the claims agent. They questioned me like I was wrong. I thank goodness found the State Farm resolutions team. Sure enough after reviewing my claim I was owed and received over $2000.00. Sometimes the customer is right."
